O-Link HD Wireless Audio System

O-Link is a robust high quality wireless system, offering clear sound without interference from any other transmitting system. O-Link is easy to install with a simple plug and play system. Plug the transmitter into your CD player, iPod, hard drive, tuner or turntable, then plug the receiver into your speakers, and it's ready to go with no need for unsightly speaker cables and wires. O-Link allows you to listen to music anywhere in your home... even the garden!

O-Link is has been developed so that you cannot tell the difference between a wired and wireless system. Throughout the O-Link project standards were maintained at an extremely high level with the goal of delivering true High Definition (HD) Wireless audio. This has been achieved by using a number of 'key ingredients'. For example a 24 bit direct digital system which ensures that signal quality is maintained throughout and an intelligent wireless protocol guarantess that O-Link adapts to it's operating environment matter where it is placed.

Only the best components are used in the making of O-Link products. Complete assemblies are tested using rigorous O'heocha quality standards (O-QS) which have developed exclusively for the O-Link range of products.

Connections are possible to your PC/Laptop via a high speed USB 2 connection bypassing lower quality digital to analogue convertors on the majority of computers and providing a direct digital signal to the O-Link.

When your iPod or Hi-Fi is connected to the O-Link it's signal is sampled at the highest possible quality (24 bit/192kHZ) forward transmission to the O-Link HD amp. In fact because the system is so versatile three different wired and wirless inputs are possible both at the tranmit and the receive side.

O-Link is available in two different packages:-

O-Link 1
Consists of a single transmitter and a single amplified receiver. Two stereo speakers can be connected to the receiver.

O-Link 2
Comprises a single transmitter and two amplified receivers. With this system the two wireless receivers can either be used in two different rooms or be used as mono-block receiver amps for individual speakers.

• Curved, compact aerospace grade aluminium casing.
• Resistant to interference from microwave ovens, mobiles, cordless phones, baby alarms, and short wave radio.
• Proprietary 2.4 GHz ISM RF tranceiver uses military spec componentry.
• Digital data encoding, forward error correction (FEC), automatic gain control (AGC), and adaptive frequency hopping (AFS).
• 120 watt digital amps can process analogue and digital signals.
• Supports up to 24 bit/192 kHz digital data, DVD Audio and SACD.
• Standard (whip) antenna: range up to 150ft outdoors and 30ft indoors through walls.
• High gain antenna: range up to 1650ft outdoors and 100ft indoors through walls.
• World-wide operational system power supply from 110V to 220V.
• Battery powered option gives portability, and clean power supply to amps avoids 'dirty mains' issues.
